Can't access my funds

I put $25 in my account today...my first time. They charged me but won't let me access the money to buy stuff. Is their a waiting period? What can I do?

If you did it by increasing your credit by $25 thats the first step

You then have to go to the lindex part of the website and buy L$

then you can use it in world.

He is also only two days old. The add credit method has a built in gotcha, you are allowed to add more credit the first few days than you are allowed to do anything with (buy L$ or cash out).

They make you wait the first time as a fraud-prevention measure.

didn't they relax it? I made an alt piu last week and could buy 25 usd worth of L$ the first time, offcourse I already had piof for 3 days so maybe that made a difference (it shouldn't according to the website because limits go from the first time you buy L$)

This trips almost everybody up the first time.

If you buy $L DIRECTLY using your payment method, you can do so at once. But if you use your credit card to "add US$ to my account", THAT counts as a transaction against your initial $25 purchase limits, and you can't use those funds to buy $L for a couple of days.
