SuezanneC is a terrific asset to Second Life.
One time, I watched her in-world, tracking down a mystery from a Forums thread, working under adverse circumstances (griefers). She kept her cool, tried many inventive approaches, and solved a problem susceptible only to her unique combination of experience, diverse knowledge, and calm logic.
(Pure speculation: She may have spent some time in the US Midwest, based on her very dry, shaken-not-stirred sense of humor.)
We're all lucky she's around.
