Hi all !
I have seen several profiles where there are more then the usual 10 picks in their picks tab. How is this done?

I've never seen this either. Hunter, are you sure it's not classifieds tabs you've seen with more than 10?

I've definitely seen profile tabs that had a scroll bar on them because all the picks wouldn't fit. I don't think I've ever counted them but would bet there were more than 10.
Maybe it's something that used to be supported but no longer is. What happens today if you try to add one but already have 10? _____________________

Maybe it's something that used to be supported but no longer is. What happens today if you try to add one but already have 10? You can't. The button to add a New pick is grayed out. Is it possible a 3rd party client could get around this? I've never heard of that, but maybe it's possible? I still wonder about classifieds. _____________________

I've seen profiles with a scrollbar, yes, but that was always in the general description field. You cannot get around the 10 picks limit.

Yes Meade there was a scroll bar because there was so many. Now if you try to add more then 10 you can't, the "New" is ghosted out.

Was picks always a factor in search rankings? If not, that's probably what it is - they clamped it to 10 when they added picks to the search math but grandfathered in people that already had over 10. Meade, it was always a limit of ten, even when I started, and picks were of no real value back then. You're not THAT old!  Does the picks tab on your profile have a scrollbar? If not, I think you're mistaken about the limit always being 10.. Most of the people in SL now have never seen profile ratings either but that doesn't mean they never existed. _____________________

Oops, didn't look at your join date. Apologies.
 Still don't think it was ever more than ten, though. Sort of like the limit on groups, to keep stress on the server low. Will adjust opinion of course if presented with pictures. _____________________
