i'm not a premium user. I submitted 2 mounth ago my C-Card information, but i can't change Dooller to L$. Dou you know waht is the problem ? To my profil i have the information "No Payment info on file !"

 Die Payment-Info wird über den Link "Update Payment Method" in deinem Profil auf der SL-Homepage eingetragen. Danach müßte dein Account-Status "Payment info on file" anzeigen. Wenn du das bereits getan hast, ohne daß sich etwas ändert, klick den Link einfach nochaml an, klick den Button "Delete & Update CC Info" und trag die Kreditkartennummer nochmal ein. Vielleicht war ein Tippfehler in der Kartennummer? Du kannst stattdessen auch einen Paypal-Account hinterlegen, das ist sicherer. Der Paypal-Account muß allerdings gedeckt sein, d.h. eine Bankverbindung oder Kreditkarte bei Paypal angegeben sein. _____________________

Melany, if you have gone through the process of entering your CC details and it was confirmed at the time I think you need to contact Billing Support through your account on the webpage.

first off, learn to spell Kiboe... a large number of people on the forums are not native English speakers.. I'm sure if I had to post something on a German forum in German I would do a hell of a lot worse than the OP did here in English.. Just thought it was a little harsh..... ? And while you're there, tell your teacher to learn your class that there is other languages in the world, not only english. Oh, and ask her/him if there is other countrys too, you'll get surprised. Not everyone are "experts" in your/the english language, and SL is for all. And if your class gets some time over, learn some common sense. @ the OP. Hope you sort it out, it's annoying to be broke in SL There is sooo many cool things to buy! Good luck. |

Just update your CC info again. This thing gets borked / lost from time to time. This is true. I've had to 'update' my payment info a couple of times. Just seems to disappear. Trying putting info in again. And we obviously understood what you were saying  )Kiboe needs to learn some manners. |
