Grid issues, can't file a ticket... anyone else?

Ok, the grid seems to be melting.

1) 'invalid_region_handoff' when attempting to cross sim boundaries (folks can't get into or out of Lusk, for example).

2) Errors when attempting to send IMs to a group ("Error messaging chat session with Second Life Mentor. Error making request, please try again later.";)

3) I can't even log into the support portal to submit a support ticket ("Insufficient Account Information Invalid Querystring!";).

Is anyone else seeing these problems?

I think it's fair to say the grid is slowly failing today, thankfully they are already looking into a portion of the problem.

Looks like my timing was perfect - quick enough to post, but not fast enough to see the blog postings until after I hit 'send'.

But the _support_ portal seems down as well... very, very odd.

Thanks! :)

Common factor? Login database. That's most likely the problem.

I tried to log into the Support Portal and got the same thing. I tested it with both the link and the fill-in-the-boxes area, to no avail. I COULD log in as a guest, so I submitted a ticket that way. Hopefully someone will read it before 2008 and realize (if they don't already) that there are problems there too.

It does make me wonder how their login database is set up though, if we have no trouble logging into the site or the forums, but can't access the Support Portal or get in-world easily.

Edit: Oh, I just tried logging onto the grid...it was a little slow, and I couldn't stay on since I'm at work, but I made it in on the first try. So I dunno.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.
