OK..first of all, I know ow to from in-world, there's that Help > Bug Report bit. But IIRC, it sends you to a webpage to do the actual reporting. What I'd like to know is if I can get to that website/page to report bugs without being logged into SL, and if so, how can I do it? I'm always at school when I think to report a bug, and can't use conventional SL at school (SLeek only). I've tried searching the knowledge base and can't find anything, and can't find any link anywhere for it o.o Please help? Thanks in advance ETA:: I'm talking bug reports like..problems with the RC

Anyone? Anyone at all?
I can't be the only one who wants to help LL figure out the bugs o.o
Maybe I should've gone with my original title...'How do I shot web'...probably would've been answered by now.

http://jira.secondlife.comThere is a little Log In link at the upper right. Once logged in you can vote for and/or comment on existing issues. Or you can create a new report. I haven't created a new bug report so I don't know the specifics of how that works.

One method of find the answers to questions about SL is to use a regular search engine like Google. If you put "Second Life" bug report in as the search terms in Google you get as the first result http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Bug_Reporting_101That page gives a lot more information on how to file bug reports than just the url http://jira.secondlife.com .

Thank you! Yup, it's not a great way of reporting bugs at all. However if you know what you're doing it works well, it's just not a friendly system.

The jira system is not really very hard to use.
It does look pretty difficult, but you don't have to or need to use most of he options in order to do what most folks would need to do with it, file a bug or search it.
If you could just use it without having to look it at it would be alright.

So..finally actually looked at it and tried to understand it and it's not so bad.. it just looks like it was meant for people who actually do this kinda thing for a living, not for the average user.
