...going on at Anshe Chung's 21st Century Bay sim.
Somebody thought it would be funny to plant an emitter that's shooting out picures of what appears to be three elderly naked men in bed together.
... don't folks have better things to do?

Ctrl+Alt+Shift+= is the quick key command for hiding/showing particles.
Not sure what the Mac key commands are, though I know they're slightly diff.
And no, people like this don't ahve anythign better to do. Mommy is prolly home so they can't jerk off to pr0n without getting caught. Why else do you think they already have a pic of three elderly naked men? ^.~

I did the hide particles thing, and that works just dandy, but good grief there's sound with the particles now! You can only imagine what THAT sounds like...at very high volume.
I need to go to bed anyhow...hope I don't have nightmares.
...make it go away...

It is "Dreamland Construction Team" that owns parcel and gives allowance of griefers to perform such acts, the parcel is x'ed for anyone to create objects, so, obviously, griefers will take advantage of it because of simple fact that they can.
Complain to Dreamland Construction Team for being in-inattentive to simple configuration settings.

Had a similar experience with a particle emitter exploding pictures of a congress party member during an election in the USA... don't ask who, because I'm in the UK. I couldn't remove the object as it was just within the land boundary adjacent to ours. It was like a huge roman candle firework spewing out thse pictures all over our land for days.
Finally I managed to get the owner to respond and he moved it. Guess the elections were over...

I'm glad LL removed the original particle engine (like the popgun's bubble splash). I think they upgraded everything in the library to the current particle engine by now. The older particle engine would not have been so easy to hide.
