So i downloaded and installed it and it messed up my Second life so i un-installed it but when i try to re-install it finds an error at the end.
If it helps the error it comes up with is what you get with downloaded games if you run them before cracking.

ouch unlucky LL is having "issues" at the moment and has disabled all logins if you have an old release i.e the previous 1 try re-installing it and see what it does it should work but you won't be able to find out until the grid comes back online

But now point logging on now i was ment to be on half 5 so ya know one more job to add to the got fired from lol |

lol i had the old 1 yill about 30 mins ago and in one of the other threads someone said that the grid has said the same for the last couple of weeks! as soon as it comes up i'm sure someone will let you know if i see it up or get on i'll re-post to give you the heads up

i'm on XP and i'm running it ok sorry i can't help anymore apart from telling you to do an antivirus scan and spyware scan see if you have anything nasty in your computer

Restart your computer. It sounds like the file is still being used by something. Or at least Windows thinks it is.

I updated, and for the life of me I can not get rid of the blocky avatars.. so much for taking nice snapshots....
I went all up into preffs and changed antialise.... augh.. and its SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWWW as syrup thats been in the fridge. |

Ok i tried the candidate version and same as before if it helps it gets to 66% done of writting files to secondlife.exe file when it brings up the error

Perhaps installing to a different folder would help, or to a different drive. I'd also run a surface scan on that drive.
