Edited to say: Oh, duh, it's rolling restart day. Of course things are going to be screwy.

So I was looking through the land listings on the off chance something may have come up in one of my sims, and I saw a small lot listed for 5.6/sq.m., down in bot price range, yet after a couple refreshes, it was still there. I popped over and saw a couple known bots within meters of the lot, but they weren't buying. I figured what the heck, for old times' sake (I used to dabble in small-scale land flipping back when it was fun), and I bought it myself. All my tier was in groups, so I bought for the group, then took some tier out and sold it back to myself for $0.

Now here's the funny part - after I took ownership of it, I went to set it for sale at market rate to anyone, and I got a message telling me the sale price wasn't valid, and the sale screen said $0 (because I had set it to anyone, not to a specific avatar.) BUT I HADN'T set it to $0, I set it to $260! When I tried it a second time, it worked.

Seems like not too long ago someone else was having an issue where the price was resetting itself. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen recently.

Of course I probably shouldn't go around buying land I have no use for when I'm short on cash, but I had to see if I could get it before the bots.
