Strange problem Show Place in Search

Hi all
I have a strange problem when trying to have my land show up in Search Places.
I've been managing land and sims for almost 3 years now, so it's not a common problem I think lol. When I set my land to Show Place in Search (L$30/week), and I do a search on that land, it works fine.....but ONLY when I'm on my land. (it's a standalone sim)
As soon as I teleport OUT of the sim, and do the same search, my land will not show up. So I'm not getting many customers lol
The land is set to group, the group pays liabilities, and the Estate does not block the Land Show in Search.
Anyone have any idea what might be wrong? Thanks

What's the place Tigo? I can find a place where you have medieval furniture, it shows in search but when I click on the link I get a message that the pages privacy settings prevent any further information from being shown.

it should be Sherwood Medieval Furniture, in Eglador sim
it does show up in the All tab, but not in Places

the sim is Mature and all the ratings are marked, thats not the problem, since it DOES work when I'm IN the sim lol

It shows up in the all tab for me but I cannot see any further information on the parcel due to a message about privacy settings, I've seen this before.

I tried your place in search ,it comes up OK but then says the privacy settings are set.try altering stuff,failing that submit a ticket.

Shows up in places search for me too, but it's only showing if I tick mature search.
