Hello everyone, I would like to know a way to change the range of text and voice messages within a region.
Im asking that because our region will be hosting a big event and the place where we would like to make the presentations will have to be really big.
Thanks.

No-can-do. You'll have to resort to shouting. Ctrl+Enter for each chat line. Voice chat is unadjustable, but, you can ask that the attendees change their setting to listen from camera position and cam in on to the speaker. (^_^)y

You could use a chat repeater.
Speaker types their chat on a non-zero channel, listened to by the repeater. For example "/99 Welcome to our presentation!". (Or it could listen to anything on channel zero near the speaker, but that presenst a possibility of feedback.)
The repeater relays this to drone prims spaced throughout the region, using llRegionSay on some other non-zero channel. like 88.
The drones than "Say" what was sent to them on channel zero, and everyone within 30M can hear them.
I used something similar to allow a school bell to be heard in all areas of RUCE 2, when rung. The bell rope sent a command to the repeaters with llRegionSay, and the repeaters did the sound on open chat. Six repeaters covered pretty much the whole sim. You need to make the repeaters invisible and fairly big (5M diameter should do) so LOD culling doesn't make them invisible from the listener's position.
Be careful not to get the repeaters to close to each other. People in range of two of them may see text repeated twice, like an echo.
For Voice, I don't think there is a valid similar option.
