Up until recently, I've had no problems with SL. I've been using it for months on my laptop, and had no complaints. However, when I installed it on my desktop(stats at end of post) the camera started acting strange. It won't "lock on" to objects at all; it either focuses on the land behind the object(s), or acts as if it were in mouselook mode, though it's not. Reinstalling the client didn't work, nor did trying a 3rd party viewer (Kirstens S16). I've tried changing all the camera-related settings I can find ingame, and there's no change. I'm at my wit's end! Help me, SLforum members, you're my only hope :(
