KK , have noticed recently and please excuse me if this has been covered, if I after log on TP, or open inventory or do a search, my contact list is subject to show "hippo's" for the duration of the login. However if immediately on log in first open contacts I have all there.

Just a notice, hope it helps.

I have found no way to fix it, so I just resort to using my calling cards for my contacts until the hippos wander away..sorry it isn't a fix

The ";(hippos)" message indicates that the client is still waiting for the server to supply the user's profile details, which includes their name. (For some reason, the system randomly chooses to display either "waiting" or "hippos" in this case - presumably it's an easter egg for a message that was never supposed to appear for a long period of time.)

Unfortunately there isn't an easy work-around as it's a server-side problem.
