When I download the transactions and open up the .XLS file, the Region column is empty. All the others are there and have information in them. Is this something that I have to fix somehow?

Gee, it's been that way for a long time, did the region column ever get filled in properly? If your transactions involve inventory transfers a lot of of people work around this by adding a tag to the item's description. Not perfect but it's better than scraping the web page a few times a day, I suppose :/
