I've been toying with the idea of selling my land and buying a nicer parcel. While out looking about I found a nice mainland parcel I might be interested in. One corner of the parcel slopes down to the water and borders Governor Linden Land. At that point the border is very abrupt and odd looking due to changes in elevation of the parcels. Raising the land to blend in would eliminate most of the access to the water. The ideal solution would be to get LL to make a minor terrain change and make a smooth blend at the border. So, here's the question. Has anyone ever tried or had any luck getting LL to make minor changes to Linden land? I ask mainly out of curiosity as the answer will not sway my final decision about the parcel.

I know it's been done on occasion, not in recent memory though. These days you might try a ticket, Land and Region Issues->Contact the LDPW->nope i don't wannnnnna be a builder!, and see what they have to say. It might help your case if you could make a good argument that this is a flaw in the terrain that they fix once and forget, not the sort of change that they would have to revisit every time the land changes hands.

I had a great experience recently with a LDPW mole who spent a few minutes with me smoothing out a joint border that required some attention on both sides to look decent. Thing is though, it was a chance encounter (she rezzed in the area to check on something else while I was there) and I gather moles do not necessarily have terraform rights on all Linden land. Might be worth a shot though if you can find the right communication channel for a request.
