How do I get Lindens to act on my problem ticket ?

I submitted a problem ticket on 4/15/08. I purchased land through a land auction. I was billed exactly twice my winning bid. I explained the situation in detail with transaction numbers. Naz Ontyne made a perfunctory entry in the ticket on 4/17/08 thanking me for my patience. Nothing has been done since. I made two entries in the ticket asking what was being done and why it was taking so long. It has been 5 weeks now.

How do I contact the Lindens and get them to look at my problem ticket ?

Any reasonable suggests would be appreiciated. Thank you.

If you have a billing issue with your Second Life account, you can call our Billing team at: toll-free (US/Canada) 800-294-1067 or long-distance (not free) 703-286-6277. They're available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Perhaps try a Live Chat session with them or called their billing department directly? Tell them the issue, the ticket number and the length of time you have waited - that should get things moving.

The one, and only, time I ever had a billing problem I called them on the toll free line. I waited on hold for less than 1 minute..........5 minutes later my billing problem was solved

Call them.

Who is Naz Ontyne and why was he/she replying to a ticket you submitted to Linden lab? I suspect you submitted a ticket to somewhere other than Linden Lab. They ususally respond within a few days.
