What did you buy? Lindens? Did you do it in-game or from the site?
Chaqnces ared you added to your $USD balance. you need to use that to buy the lindens.
If there's nothing in your USD balance, contact support.

Are you sure your Visa was charged the 20$ ?
Maybe the whole transaction never went through. Call your Visa account to make sure 1st.

There's a minimum? I usually buy 10$ to 20$ at a time and it's directly changed into Lindens. Unless by account he means something else...
