adult mainland not on zindra?

is on non zindra mainland and is rated adult, that con't possibly be right can it? Considering http://slurl.com/secondlife/Palomarian/18/134/49
Is a pg sim and right next door?

Edit: Oh yeah I see some zindra is on sale as well, so auctions will be starting soon?

Edit2: Now about land is all wacky everywhere I go so maybe that wasn't really adult land? But it showed in land sales under adult.

Parcel rating isn't the same as content rating.
And parcel owners are allowed to give any rating more restrictive than their current to their land, but will still have to abide the content ratings of the sim they're in.

Confirmed. Must be a mistake someone made. I'll AR it and see if they fix it.
Actually, all of the neighboring sims are PG except for the 2 to the South.

The reason why serious AR's get delayed is because of BS like this.. is that really a emergency?

Well... I suppose the mistaken rating of a sim as Adult should be a Support ticket more than an AR. Land for sale on Zindra should be an AR; it's taken very seriously right now, with many instances addressed by Harry himself.

AR means ABUSE REPORT - AR's are for serious issues and nothing about Zindra is serious.

I've still not heard a date on the Zindra auctions, but land should NOT be for sale there until the auctions actually start. LL gets really pissed about that.

At risk of derailing this, what's the position if I want to swop my land on Zindra for someone else's, elsewhere on Zindra? An apparently quick and easy method would be for the two of us to set our land for sale to each other for 0 lindens, but if there's a risk of some concerned citizen seeing the land for sale, jumping to the wrong conclusion and firing off ARs, maybe it's not the best way to handle the transaction.

I have heard of a couple of people doing this and not getting in trouble. As far as plain old swaps with other stuff there - nobody making any money on the deal - I really can't see that LL would get upset about that.

No one said to sit and wait. They suggested an AR is not appropriate for this situation (and I agree). Instead a support ticket might be a better avenue to take.......again, I agree.
