Has anyone else had this happen lately?

I've never seen this before on my objects, but very recently (last few days) I've had images switching themselves off Full Bright.

I first noticed this the other day at my video display FlyDance vendor. On one sign there which has to do with the money tree, the text was yellow. (the signs are all black with white writing so it was very obvious once the area rezzed something was amiss). I checked it and it was irritating to see that the "full bright" check box was suddenly unchecked. No one has the power to edit my objects, (gremlins maybe?), and I know I didn't do it by accident.

I rechecked the box, and the sign looked normal again.

Just now, I landed at this vendor, and found it wasn't just a sign this time, it was a texture on my "free anim just for visiting" vendor.

Must I march around to every vendor once an hour to be sure how I set a texture REMAINS that way? (rolling eyes)

Just wonder if someone else is having a problem with this, or I've been lucky to duck it this far and there's some JIRA. Thanks for any 411 about this.

I have noticed it too, though I thought it was just probably me. Not sure if there is a jira on it or not. I don't check that often.

If it isn't a JIRA, it should be I'd guess, because of my 8 vendors, only ONE sign had not had this happen. 7 of 8 had the full bright unchecked, on it's own.

Off now to go figure out how to make one.

Agreed, a look at the current jira list is in order. Sometimes when things like this happen, it ends up being fixed by plopping out a new vendor or prim. It might be worth a try. A lot of SL's quirks are unfathomable.

I created a new one because that particular issue you posted the link to is a different issue. In that one, they seemed to be reversed. OFF appears as on and vice versa.

In this one I'm dealing with, it's as though the grid gremlins unchecked the box when I wasn't looking. Same image, different locations, same problem:

Really odd that it was this way at 7 of 8 of my vendor locations.

This really is a rather baffling bug, not even sure what steps I could take to repro it other than leave a few vendors on my own property and see if they revert as well.
