I am looking for rp sims that are designed for dragons.
I know there are a lot medieval rp sims that allow dragons but they are not really designed for dragons. They are designed elves, faes, drows etc. In other words almost everything is too small for a dragon to enter so dragons are left to sit on hill tops or fly around.
So where are the dragon rp sims? Anyone know of any good ones?

I'm sure there are others, but look up Isle of Wyrms, where you can consort with dragons of all sizes and many descriptions who have a well-developed rp culture. You will like it.

Drakonis is a dragon RP sim, it's linked to other sims, but Drakonis is designed for dragons. When I visit there I feel like an ant.
