offline IM's to email

hi........odd question but I'm not sure of the answer.......I've always checked my online prefs communication box to get IM's sent to email.......reading one offline today I absent mindedly clicked the tab at the bottom of the message not to receive emails anymore...... dunno why I did that...anyway do I have to go back online to recheck the prefs communication tab back to email again?..or do I have to do something else?....I couldn't figure out if you can do this from the account dashboard thingy offline.............dur
