Right i give up on the second life support website (i haVE IT UP TO HERE *POINTS TO THE TOP OF MY HEAD*)
My friend has an account on SL but cant remember her password we tried to reset the password and her verication question was along the lines of how much money did she spend on SL with her credit card ... now she doesnt have a CC so we tried 0 , 0.00 and nil .. none of these worked so then we got a message saying @please contact on on blah blah. basically telling us to ring an american number .. we live in ireland could nearly buy a new life in mexico for the price of the call.

then we tried to set up a new account and it said too many accounts have been opened this was the first time we attempted to open a second account (unless her baby tried to open an account one night which i doubt)

so what do we do now ?? cant ring america.

Thanks

Calling is your only choice.

If the account is not worth it to you then thats it.

If the account is worth it to you you will call.

You can also submit a support ticket.... but they will tell you to call :P

Phone rates from Ireland to the US aren't so bad. For example, through UUTEL you're paying € .04 per minute and on Yaptel € .035 per minute.

I'm afraid you'll be starving in Mexico if you plan on spending only that much there. ;)
