How can 2 AV's be created with the same secondname

I'm sure this question will have been asked before, search is too crude to allow me the find such posts.

Two AV's want to have the same secondname, but it seems impossible using the method now used to create AV's to get the same secondnames to turn up in the selection. Has anyone found an easy way of doing this. These are new AV's not existing ones.

LL screwed up that option on their own registration site, but a lot of the alternate registration sites listed via SL Namewatch don't mess with the choices like that.

LL seems to think that random names is a great idea. Apparently no one at LL is married, or has kids, or wants to share a name with their loved ones...
