Hi All Just wondering if the new guide lines about selling items on slex which are copyrighted in the real world applies in world also ?. If so how would or could this be enforced in world. Thanks in advance Gina  |

Not exactly new but yes, the rules apply to in SL as well. Actually they apply to the real world of which SL is a part.
Generally, copyright and trademark infringment is not activly policed, but it is often reported by residents and there are some companies that do like to find and file suit against SL violators. We make easy prey and it shows that they are actively enforcing their tradmarks. These precidents are needed for when they go up against someone esle with a ton of money and lawyers.
