Finally it seems they have solved the "problem" with that "set home" over no-deeded estate parcels, now my friends (when wearing the land assigned [not deeed] group) can assign a parcel into my sim as their own.... but now im facing another problem: my partner cannot ban/eject/freeze other whenever the privileges on group are set properly... does the parcel must be deeded? Or what im doing wrong here?

The freeze/eject/ban powers are restricted to the land *owner*. Hence, for group officers etc to be able to use those powers, the parcel's owner *must* be the group itself. So yes, you have to deed to group if you want people in the group to be able to use those powers.

Thanks Atashi, it was fixed for the "set home", i tought they had fixed for the perms too :°°° ...since on mainlaid you do not need to deed the land to have em working on group, if im not wrong. I hope they'll fix/change it.... _____________________
