You might contact an Estate manager, assuming it's Estate land; if it's a Mainland sim, you could ask any Mainland owner to submit a ticket for you, and possibly have them follow-up on a live chat with Support.
Support is pretty responsive to region-down tickets. If it's "just" a performance issue, they may take a little longer, so in that case it may help if you contact somebody with Concierge support (tier of 1/2 sim or more). _____________________

I have gotten really badly performing regions restarted twice by submitting a "Region Down" ticket, as a Basic account with no estate management title. If you cannot get a response from the estate manager, submit the ticket and be really clear and factual in your explanation.
Basic account holders and Guests can submit tickets for the following issues: ... * Region is offline: Tell us if a Region inworld is down. . |

It is mainland... But NOBODY can submit tickets. The support portal is gone. That's why I was asking. if there's an alternative way to do it other than submitting a ticket, since that's not currently possible.
EDIT: Nevermind, they just fixed the support portal. I can do it myself now. _____________________

Did you log into the website (separate from forum login)? (Hit login at the top). It seems that recently they've begun filtering out content for 'guests'. . |
