So anyway... I thought I would share my shock in how cold it would be today...On the bright side.. The sun will be out..

LMAO

I was thinking that myself when I woke up this morning! But you know how it is.......sun shines in the morning and by 2pm we've got black clouds rolling in and thunder shaking the trees. I'll believe it when it lasts ALL today! LOL Yesterday my patio started to flood because the water just isn't draining any more! Even my pool.....which does have a leak and loses a couple inches a week..... isn't dropping at all!!! And my cat is getting really pissy about not being able to go outside.

(and if it does stay sunny I'm gonna go get some friggin sun on my lilly white ass)

It's times like these that I had a photo bucket account.

Several months ago, I happened across a weather website wunderground.com. It had a most unusual report for current conditions for a nearby city in NY...

-----------------
68.9 F / 20 C
Sandstorm

Humidity: 98%
Wind: 0.0 mph
Wind Gust: 0.0 mph
...and so on
-----------------

Sandstorm conditions... with 0 wind. So there was sand falling straight down from the sky. In NY.

Awesome. Maybe I'll get an account later tonight and post the screen shot I took. It was hilarious.

/me waves to all my fellow/fellowette Floridians.

The weather has been strange in Maine lately as well. This was sent to my by a friend's weather program:

(Check the 4th entry down)

They have the temperatures I like - just might be hard getting used to sunny nights. :D

Cats are a hoot. Mine is generally not frightened by storms but two days ago we had about an hour of almost constant "flash/instant boom" lightening. My living room has a sliding glass door which my cat is usually laying/sitting near.

During the lightning storm (the Central FL area reportedly had something like 300 strikes in an hour...our town a bit North had 33 and when the news cammed in on the area of our town...it was literally right over my head!) my cat walked over to the dining room and sat with her back turned away from the door.

I could almost hear her thinking "If I can't see it, it's not happening." ;)
