I was looking at my recent posts and noticed a common trend lately. It got me thinking about our public perception on these forums. Anyway, I thought it would be interesting if we posted the first sentence of our last five posts on the forums. Go!
1) What "generation" are you referring too? 2) This will not end well. 3) On that point... 4) I don't know of any specific rules disallowing them. 5) Wasn't this in the news a couple months ago, and there was a big thread about it on the forums?

1] I look like a little dyke on hormone therapy when she rezzes. 2] I was happy to download and install the upgrade. 3] I use Adobe Illustrator to work everything up in vector form. 4] How perceptive of you. Take an A. 5] I disagree.

1.) /me raises a hand. 2.) Keira, that sums up how I understand the new policy too 3.) Welcome Arlo! 4.) There is no way anyone can know that right now. 5.) I never took the call for feedback as implying that the broader policy was up for debate...

1. I can only think "pie" and "naughty pie" were added as an attempt at levity. 2. I agree that LL are not necessarily judging activities *themselves* but see, one doesn't need to agree with an action in order to pursue it, especially if financial gain is involved. 3. ees weenter time 4. /me wonders where that Spinal Tap dvd got to. 5. Lol!

1) We are trying to hit 100,000 before LL shuts the forums down or they self-implode. 2) Welcome Higher. Feel free to pad your count here all you want. 3) My successful login sat on the page for over 10 minutes before it finally completed the login. 4) Well, I feel that I get my money's worth -- as I said, this outage and the last few might be bad, but are nothing like it used to be. 5) Yes, it is good.

I'm starting to remember why I'm leaving now. Is crouch what happens when you're just standing and you hit the down arrow? This doesn't really address your question, probably, but I would like to add it to the discussion. Sorry I missed your party Nomorefriendsistan?

1. I didn't say anything about sex. Did you? 2. Awesomeness. 3. And as I said to her, "Grid abuses and TOS infractions aside" ... you need to stay out of mature sims. 4. I just thought of that. 5. LOL I'll take a rain check

1) I have netflix and a few dozen shows waiting in my instant queue... 2) oh good, my memory sucks.... need a key? >=) 3) haven't seen the like, but it's impossible to fix something you can't touch or see. 4) it can be configured that way, but doesn't have to be. 5) funny I once did that with 'that' and 'then' but it's good to know that I'm not the only one =)

Meh . .. I have a habit of being long winded and maybe none too interesting. 1. At one time we were supposed to avoid land bordering Linden roads, but now that's not as much an issue with ad farms all but gone. 2. I have had several houses, a couple of which I've built. 3. Well gee - if it's a Cause I'm ready to grow my hair and hoist the old peace symbol again. 4. Ursula? 5. I too worry about land prices and land "scalpers," but otherwise - in view of this quote from Blondin Linden, it just doesn't sound all that disasterous.

Likewise, the rather vague clause cited above seemed to be more related to a certain playground area which also sold sexual explicit materials and also was often used as a "pick up" spot for sexual ageplayers.
Hah!
I suspect we would. I also suspect the burden would (again) be on child avatars to know an avoid these locations, or be barred from SL under the current ageplay statute.
In the real and virtual world, people make their homes where they do.
Good point.

We have everything . . . Actually it's a self-service warehouse in the Theatre District I would, but my 13 year old son would get upset if she found out what he was up to . . . Already done - I finish work in five minutes Pep (Maybe I should post my last - parenthetical - lines instead)

1. I can usually log back in 15 seconds after crashing out. 2. Indeed. In fact, if this half-witted plan actually comes to fruition, reporters looking for sleeze won't have far to go - it'll literally be one-stop shopping for them! 3. /me wonders what the icon for THIS would look like... 4. If I had a dime for every time this has happened to me (and, invariably, I end up in a newbie welcome area), I could afford to buy out Linden Labs. 5. The file simply called "secondlife" is not a binary executable.

1) People who try Second Life and don't enjoy it tend to leave. 2) Assuming I still wanted to do something vaguely connected with SL rather than playing with the cats or doing aerobics, when SL main grid is unavailable I: 3) Dine alone......enjoy the pizza! 4) Next to my home there was a large sign on an ad plot that violated TOS (now removed). 5) Agreed! **************************Why am I doing this?

Reflecting my low post-rate of late: Not just me then. And the status page said nuffin' Blingtardia? I refuse to post in this thread, in the same way I don't post in the other Thanks for posting the results If I had a pound for every V^vv^V HoWlLLzZz V^vv^V I'd heard in SL, I could buy a RL private island.

1. I know you're all very excited to hear that Ireland beat Scotland in the second of today's Six Nation's Rugby matches. 2. Oh, and Ghosty started a thread about it, but Happy Pi Day everyone. 3. Good morning, threadies!!! 4. Cool, damp day here...and there's a contractor down in my kitchen, repairing the plaster ceiling, so...it's a good day to be home. 5. My fingers are crossed for you, Nina...

1. Just tell him *I* said it is okay if you play. 2. The neighbors would complain if I had the dungeon furniture on the lawn. 3. Contact the store owner. SL is pretty borked right now so transactions are really risky. Provide the owner with the transaction number, date, time, item, etc. 4. That'll teach me for leaving the keys to the chains laying about. 5. Who let you out from under your rock?

1.Remember that this bit wasn't really being developed by SL, but rather by Kapor Industries, so it wouldn't have been taking away from any SL developments. 2.Same thing. 3.Pretty cool... I had a concept going in my mind for something similar, but would have never gotten around to doing it. 4.Perhaps you're programmed to say that, though. 5.Hmm...don't like cybering, but do at least understand it.
