Hi guys,
About six months ago, I purchased two plots of land - 1024 each.
I've been dabbling in Second Life for the past couple of years, but haven't had the time to develop anything on my land.
I was considering selling the land and cancelling my SL subscription, but I'm hesitant to leave SL, and I thought renting the land might be an option.
I've had an offer from a neighbour for one of my parcels - 20000 Lindens.
Is it necessary to speak to a Real Estate agent in Second Life?
I wouldn't even know who to approach.
Any advice is appreciated.
Cheers!

20000 Linden dollars for a 1024? What sim is your land in? Is it waterfront? That's a very good offer in the current market for an average plot, so depending on your plot this could be a very good deal for you.
You don't need to speak to a real estate agent, you can just set the land for sale to the avatar making the offer.
