Nope, You Can Not Use This Bed!

Last night, I rezzed a bed I found in my inventory for my skybox. Nice one, although a bit cheesey looking, but very good animations like the one I have in my main house.

Went through all the available poses to see what was there and was pretty impressed - there were more than my other bed has in fact.

Anyhoo, my BF comes over later on and we just wanted to have a chat and cuddle while talking. I go to click on the female poseball, no problem. I fall into the bed. He goes to click on his and the damn thing tells him he doesn't have permission to use the bed.

WTF? How dare that bed tell me who I can have in it :rolleyes:

So, any ideas what's up with this?

If it's an MLP-based bed, go into the OPTIONS menu from the main menu, and click on BallUsers. There are 3 choices (the choice is shown in Chat when you click the button). You'll have it set to OWNER. You need to set it to ALL.

Thanks Phil. When I get inworld later on I'll take a look at that and if that's the case, will change it.

Sure did put a damper on things for a moment.

On reflection, I think there are only 2 choices for ball users - ALL and GROUP. Anyway, if it's an MLP system, you'll see what the choices are and that you probably have it on the wrong one.

Most likely, it was set to Group and I'm pretty sure it is an MLP. Whatever the case doesn't seem like there's other options and whatever I have it at is incorrect so, it's the other one regardless.
