Hi I recently bought a plot in the old Barton sim, dropped down a few prefabs, created a classroom for some training I wanted to do... then a few days later bought an adjoining underwater plot to up the prim count. I went back there to find a lot of weirdness on my plot and surrounding - missing buildings, some buildings missing walls and so on. Then a couple of days after that I went back to find that the sim appeared to have been rolled back - my land was back in the form it was just after I bought it - buildings gone. And the underwater additional plot had reverted to it's orginal owner! I've raised a support ticket, and I'm left with 'we're looking into it' - do I stand any chance of getting my plot back to it's former state, or getting my money back on the plot I bought and then lost? I have supplied transaction IDs where appropriate.
I was thinking of trying to start delivering training in SL, but this kinda puts me off!

i dont know first hand, but from what ive read in the forums in the past, you can raise a ticket, and it helps if you add the L$ transaction details to it. *i also start to believe rollbacks are Full rollbacks, meaning if you changed a script in a rezzed objekt, or simply the contents, it will also revert to its original. .

I had this happen to me once. I contacted the live support and they reset the land back to me within minutes. You might want to get on live chat through the support portal and reference the ticket number with the land sales details in it.

Thanks for the replies. First thing I did was raise a ticket about the rollback and loss of buildings on the original plot, then I added the transaction details of the 'lost plot' (My freinds have been telling me for ages now I have finally lost the plot Live Support is a good idea. I'll try that. Someone else also suggested contacting the original seller to see if they will just hand it back to me - which I will also try.
