I mean of the unspoilt variety, nice scenary, decent waves, golden sands etc.
Not row upon row of sun loungers punctuated by freebies and happy campers...

Acropolis has some really nice beach areas, including underwater gardens.

Rezzable has a beautiful unspoiled beach area with great waves for surfing. I forget the name of the sim....but you can get there if you TP to Carnival of Doom cause it's right next to it and you can just walk or fly right to it.

I sometimes wonder why people create lovely areas in SL and then put off the very traffic they want to attract by filling it with camping spots - okay I do know why but it's very self defeating! I tend to lm these for later... I use SL for relaxation, I don't really want any 'exitement' from it, altho' even meandering around harmlessly in some nice floaty garments still attracts the occasional griefer ( Hence my earlier plea for where to find a prefab sky garden, now created and available to (friendly) visitors - as opposed to the couple I found copulating in a flower bed who became abusive when I said 'Welcome to my garden...' Are there any groups for peaceful people who enjoy nice scenery??? Perhaps I should start one...

Probably since lot of people want beautiful places... There is lot of beautiful public places open to all I just don't know of all of them. There is also lot of beautiful public places where the traffic is very low. Sometimes when I am riding bikes by trains or water or sitting on beach not one single person is there where I have been hanging out some. I bet there is other spaces too. I just prefer the space I have found. I know the people if I get hassled I know the manager and can say something to her about it.

My two favorite beaches are: *Stewart Beach on Galveston Island - Galveston Island (145, 40, 21) *Blumfield Public Beach - Blumfield (29, 82, 26) I find both very pleasant and relaxing.

As far as beaches go I tend to frequent Quan Li and my own sim Moankane. You are welcome at the latter so long as you dont leave your virtual sun cream all over the place

I enjoy the Oahu, Hawaii sim. Lots of fun things to do there like a small dance pavilion, outdoor board games, fountain pool, outrigger boats, and orca whales that you can ride on their back.
