What happens to tier on original First Land ($L 0 x 512sq) if the owner deeds the land to the group *she* owns?

Follow up question: If 0 tier remains in effect, can new owners be added to the group, or can a group have more than one owner before deeding and still preserve the FL 0 tier?

Thank you.

Answer, it stays at zero if the FL owner deeds to group she owns, or did at one time anyway. I haven't received an answer regarding the follow-up, but my guess is no :)

"First Land" as a program has nothing to do with tier, but with a way for new users to have gotten land cheap. Since the program was abused, LL discontinued it.

Now if you mean the first 512m2 of land owned by someone, yes, that's included at no extra charge with a premium account. As long as someone who is premium (doesn't even have to be an owner of the group) in the group donates tier (in the land tab of the group menu) in any amount 512 or over, there is no additional tier charges applied. If 10 people in a group all contributed 512 of tier to the group, with all the land was deeded to the group, the group could have 5120m2 land at no additional charge (and yes, plus the group deed bonus of 10% making it 5632m2).

Just make sure your group has at least two people in it so LL doesn't delete it and abandon the land. (You can use an alt as the back up person in the group if you need to, they don't have to be premium just to keep the group open.)
