I wonder how someone would do this. For example, maybe a group set up where anyone can post a question to group chat? Thanks in advance for your help!

New Citizens Inc., NCI Spam Central *NO ADVERTISING*, The Forum Cartel, and many other groups are already based on this idea. (^_^)y

OK. Thanks. Existance proof is good. I should have been clearer. This would be a group where even non-members could post.

I'm no scripter, but it seems that a simple bulletin board system run on some webspace somewhere, and written to output in .xml would be doable. One could setup up inworld objects to parse that and display the contents just like a live forum would. Updates (posts) could be by channel text or notecard depending on what's being viewed at the time of submission. Well, it's a cool idea anyway lol.

Slack set up a HUD that lets you monitor and post to his Forum Cartel web site forums. It never really took off, but anyone wearing the HUD and having an ID on that forum site could post to it via the HUD.
