I recently updated my payment info and it still shows on my profile,no payment info on file.How can I change it or what do I do now?Thank you  |

Linden Labs need to verify your credit card with the card issuer before they approve your payment info. I also believe that the info in your online profile does not update immediately even after the payment info is approved. It will probably require a batch database update, so expect it to take 24 hours or so. Patience |

The linkage between the website payment data and in-world indication of payment info status has been broken for well over a year. Help desk tickets won't get it fixed, and neither will re-entering payment data on the website. A side effect of this is that the "Payment info on file" status effectively no longer exists, for new accounts. It has to be "No Payment info on file" or "Payment info used". Anyone who shows in-world as "Payment info on file" obtained that status before the linkage was broken.
The least expensive way to show in-world that you have submitted payment info is to purchase at least $2.50 USD worth of L$ from the Lindex. Then they will mark you in-world as "Payment info used".
Paying LL for a Premium Membership will also correct your payment info status. Or anything else that has you doing a financial transaction with them.
