Hi, how do you deal with bad neighbours? My adjacent neighbour left his land on "build-able" and basically dont't log in (or ignore all IM). Now, someone put a brightly coloured retail box on it, half of it sitting over my land and building. I have IM'ed that person and he ignores too. So, what would you do to get this resolved? I'm on my wit's end, please offer any suggestions, even wacky ones...

I'd also check the neighbor's parcel to see if there are more prims that could be built there, and if so, IM him very politely that there have been some griefer attacks in the sim and as a security measure you'll fill his parcel with some innocuous prims that he should feel free to delete or return when he can get back in-world. Then pick some copiable plants and have fun landscaping! (Can't use Linden plants for this, by the way.)

Dispense Justice using a heavy, pointed, AR stick.

I just invite Conan over for the Weekend. Works better than a "BioHazard" sign.

Get your friends and associates to come to your parcel and file ARs too. Multiple ARs get more attention.
Sounds like your neighbor was more forgetful than bad, and may have too much RL stuff on his mind to attend to SL. The idea of keeping it filled with innocuous prims pending his return sounds like a very good one.
