age verification?

I have tried to enter various sims and had pop up messages saying i am not age verified yet i have given my personal info to LL and have payment info on file. Why would it say i am not age verified yet I am?

It is posible that the landowners in question have checked the Age Verified box in Access.

Some landowners do not understand the difference between this and having a region flagged as Adult.

As noted, if you want to access Adult Content, you need either to confirm (or, at least, to purport to confirm) your date of birth with Aristotle. Or you need Payment Info on File/Payment Info Used.

However, the latter method is no use if you want to enter a sim (or parcel), whatever its content rating, that the owner has set -- for whatever reason -- as requiring Age (not Adult) verification, just as Age Verification won't get you into TRU if you haven't got payment info on file.

If, however, you've sent Aristotle your personal details, they've accepted them and you still can't get into Adult areas, check that you've set your "Rating" preference (in the Preferences-General tab) to say you want to access Adult content.

Don't worry too much about those regions. They won't last long unless the estate owner somehow learns they failed to properly rate adult.
