state (required field) Alaska - Wyoming

If you have payment info on file, don't waste your time with that stuff. LL has said that payment info will do the trick as far as considering you verified.

That is just in preparation for us to annex the UK.

When you select UK, the required field should be toggled off the US specific fields.

IE8 at least doesn't seem to know that. Try a different browser.
