I must be the only one having problems trying submit a ticket or access chat on the support site. I have not been able to do either of these since March this year with either Firefox or IE. Turned off my firewalls and security software and tried every other trick I know. Can anyone provide me with the secret to gaining the golden key to Support? Someone on another thread mentioned in world chat. Is there a specific IM address for this?

Unfortunatly in world help was gotten rid of more then a year ago.
Seeing as you have done everything already that anyone here would suggest, I'm going to have to say maybe you should just try on a friends computer.

The numbers are for non-technical and billing support, but if you explane your situation I'm sure you will be fine.

Thanks Dante. I have 5 computers in two locations and have had no luck. Might try the phone numbers again.
