Buying primland?

I own a couple of adjacent 512sqm hillside parcels and there is another 512sqm water parcel for sale nearby on the same sim. Is it possible to buy the third parcel and add the 117 prims for the water parcel to the 234 that I already have for my 1024? I don't want to build on the water parcel, just leave it as it is, but the extra prims would come in very useful for my larger parcel.

Thanks,

Seraphina

As long as it is in the same sim, then yes. I think you have to join them into a single parcel but I could be wrong about that.

Thanks for the quick replies!

So, if I buy the water parcel, what do I have to do to make sure I can use those 117 prims for my bigger parcel? I'm not sure I understand joining the parcels because they are a little way away and don't share a common boundary.

you do not have to join them. as long as it is the same sim you get the prims (and same owner you or your group (same on all parcels )

usually youll find...on a private estate it works out slightly cheaper to buy one larger plot in tier fees...might be worth your while looking into that also :)

Sorry, I should have specified that these are all mainland plots and I'm a Premium member. Being in the UK, I have to pay VAT on top of all LL fees which really bites when it comes to owning a sizeable parcel of land :-(

I've gone ahead and bought the little water parcel. I now have the extra prims showing when I click 'About Land' on my hillside plots even though I haven't actually joined any of the three parcels.

Thanks again for the help.
