I've started toying with SLim ( https://secure-web7.secondlife.com/my/voice/SLim/ ), and noticed something odd.
The Friends list seems to show people as offline, when they're online. And there doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason to it.
And further, if you try to IM them (unless you were already IM'img them before they showed as offline), it says "Temporarily Unavailable".
Anyone else notice this?

I've never used Slim but I did see this jira entry that looks like it's along the lines you see Paul:

I use SLim from time to time, and the thing I noticed is that there are people on my friends list in SLim that are not on my friends list in SL anymore. I signed up for SLim when it was first announced, about 124 years ago. Since that time a few people I rarely see have removed me from their friends list, yet they still show in SLim.
Not only that but rarely are all of my friends who show online from the SL website, showing online in SLim too. Its not a great platform I think. Handy |
