Ghost Prim/Object Issue (mysterious force field)

Basically a force field appeared.

Here's the basic info: I have a bike track and I let people rez with a 13 minute auto return. I own about half the region and I am the only full rights owner.

What happened: A force field appeared in the middle of the road. About 5-8 meters wide, 4-5 meters high, 3 meters deep. Like there's an object there.

Diagnosis: viewing in transparency shows nothing. I set auto return to 1 minute which usually flushed everything. I've tried area selecting. There is no object there that doesn't belong there and nothing in the mysterious occupied 3D space at all.

There's no recent changes to anything. About a week ago a vendor put in a shop very near where this is, but the glitch just appeared today (I'm sure of this) I don't notice any changes there to the shop, and the occupied space doesn't extend all the way to his shop. In fact that's about the only lane you can get through is to hug nearest that so I don't see how it could be the new shop.

I've confirmed all prims belong to the people I expect in the right rations. I also clicked through each of them to see their prims while in the area and the only one with any prims in the suspect area is me.

I've seen this happen before but I don't know how it was resolved. I believe it has to do with the object being deleted or returned but SL doesn't release the collision space in memory somehow. That makes sense. If it was a vehicle or just someone rezzing something there and they deleted or had it auto returned.

I'm thinking perhaps I need to request a region rollback ... ?

Any other ideas?

The location is rivuline 74,43,500 if anyone's curious to look. Walk due south. You'll hit it.

No need for a rollback, a restart is said to remedy ghosted prims. If that doesn't then I think a Linden has to come remove it??

Went and looked at it - it is indeed a ghosted object.

There's also stuff burried at 0/0/0 but I couldn't select any of it. Probably also ghosts or maybe just really small prims but there's a dozen or so beacons at that spot. LL may need to clean that up too if just a sim restart doesn't help.
