how to:Apez vendor to display non modify texture

Is there anyway I can get a apez vendor to display a non modify texture? I have the UUID's for the textures I want to use. I would like the vendor to be functional, meaning if the vendor is off the texture is no longer displayed.

Hi Shamu.
Are the textures no-mod to you, or next-owner no-mod? The reason I ask is that the Apez.iVend can already display textures, but you need to place the textures in an iServ - which will then obtain the keys and send them to the vendor via the vend network. In order for the iServ to obtain the keys, you must have full permissions on the textures yourself (which I assume you do if you have the keys).
The only limitation is, that if the textures are not next-owner mod, they will only be displayable on vendors owned by you, not by other merchants.
If you are actually planning to sell textures through the vendors, I'd advise making the vendor display texture different form the one being sold - perhaps with "sample" written over it or something like that.

Thanks for the help Cenji ) I actually don't have full perms on the textures, just copy and transfer. I have placed the textures in the Iserv, but they are not displayed on my vendor, I just get a white square. I am not allowed to have other vendors resell, as they are not my designs. Once I saw it wasn't working I contacted the designer and she gave me the UUID's...but if I understand what you wrote above it should display the texture on my vendor if I don't have the mod rights...but it doesn't any suggestions?


I have posted in the Apez forum, don't know if I can paste the link...so I won't but I'm sure you can find it I only have 3 post on the forum.
