Not Logged in but avatar visible in world

This one has me confused and very worried. I crashed in mid teleportation. I was dumped back to the desktop yet my avatar remained in world. I can't log in as 'Serendipity Undercroft', it tells me the account is being logged out and my account will be ready at so and so a time. I try and log in and the time the account will be ready has changed. I log in as my alt and I can see my 'Serendipity' avatar standing there. I can IM her, I can give her money, but I can't eject or ban her. The account is set up in "advanced" to ignore AFK so she won't log out automatically. She's also on mainland so the sim can't be reset and she can't be forcefully logged out. What do I do?

Put in a support ticket, Lindens can reset mainland sims. If you have any friends in the sim who have paid support ask them to help, which sim is it?

As an aside, I'm seeing an increase of stuck avatars lately.

It was Feducci. My friend owns land on there, she just contacted Linden and they reset the sim. 'Serendipity' was forced offline. Thank heavens! I was reading about a stuck avatar just like this the other day. And btw, it's nice to see someone else from the West Midlands. I'm from Wolverhampton!
