Easiest way to do it (in world) is stand where you want the SLURL, click on your map, and click the "Copy SLURL To Clipboard" button at the bottom right area of the map window.

Then you can paste the SLURL wherever you want it.

You can also just type it like you'd type a regular www address:

http://slurl.com/secondlife/sim%20name/128/128/0/

Where the sim name goes, you need to put the "%20" anywhere a space appears, and then the coordinates follow of whatever location you want.

Using the map can be a little hard as you can't click on your exact position so your slurl is a little off. Luckily you can always edit the numbers in the slurl to match exactly where you stand or you can type everything out manually as said before. When I used to lucky chairing we had this scripted hud that automatically generated a slurl. There were a few places that prevented the hud from getting the slurl for some odd reason.
