This is a two part question...

I've been using 'Particle Wizard' and it's pretty good. I have had problems getting rid of the Wizard screen though..in fact it's still on my screen now even though I shut it down over an hour ago. I've found the only way I can get rid of it is to shut down my computer and re-boot. Anyone used it and found this problem..got any suggestions..?

My main reason for using 'Particle Wizard' was to create a sort of liquid effect. I've been working on this floating glass space station (think 'Silent Running' ) and am now playing around with the 'engine' room. Glowing reactors and stuff like that..including a few leaky pipes dripping green glowing reactor fluid . I know this dripping fluid effect can be done..I've seen it but I can't really say where (other than it was in SLEx..somewhere in the 'Adult Entertainment' section :o..which I just happened to accidently access while I was looking for ..for..er..plant's..that's it..plants..honest I was!!).

Again..got any suggestions,

Perre :)

Hi Perre
I have the exact same problem, the particle wizard screen just wont close.
However, I dont go to the extreme of having to reboot my pc
Right click your task bar, bring up task manager and end the task in there.
That will shut it down, works for me. hope that helps.

You might like to visit "The Particle Lab" (look for it in Find/places). It's an interactive one-stop guide to particles and provides example and starter scripts which you can modify. It will take a little time to learn but trust me, invest this time and you will be making amazing particles without forking out lots of money for particle scripts which are sold.

Perre, if your adult entertainment section is dripping green glowing fluid, you should probably see a doctor about that.
