Sudden loss of video

After no problems viewing video on my Youtube tv, suddenly all I can get are the menus up, it selects a video but I cant see it. Friends see it fine so I know the TV is working .
I uninstalled / reinstalled SL & Emerlad, also Quicktime. Everything is enabled in my preferences but to no avail.
I went to the store to view the demo, still no video for me.

Hoping someone may have a suggestion as to what I can do.

Two suggestions. The first won't work but it's easy to do: Open QuickTime Preferences (either the Quicktime Control Panel or from the Quicktime Viewer: Edit:Preferences), choose the Advanced tab, and press the "Empty Cache" button. (Unfortunately, because Quicktime was uninstalled and reinstalled in this case, this probably isn't the problem here.)

When that doesn't work, you may get more hints about what's going wrong by running Second Life in a console window. (I'm honestly not sure how to do that on Windows anymore; it's been too long since I've run SL on anything but Linux where it's just a setting on the window manager widget that launches the app. There must be something similar for the Windows shortcut, or maybe use the "--console" client parameter. Somebody here must know this.)
