Land Maintenance Fee Question

I was going to write a ticket to ask, but being basic, it apparently doesn't cover my question, and I'm just doing research at this point, so upgrading to premium to get one question answered seems silly.... ANYWAYS!

In regard to EDUCATIONAL/NONPROFIT land maintenance fees on a region:

Does anyone know if it's possible to pay the fee for two years in advance, or is one year the most you can pre-pay for?
