I got the itch today to try and find a beard. Can't hop on SLExchange atm, so I thought I'd get some opinions here first.

I'm NOT looking an old man beard or a painted on the skin beard.

Maybe a beard that is part of some quality prim hair... mod, so I can adjust the beard portion seperately. Maybe even just a prim beard, but if it were part of some prim hair I think it would match better.

Something relatively short, and trendy, but not a flat paintjob on a skin. Ya feel me? Maybe even a tad bit scruffy, as in "I haven't shaved in a couple weeks".

Any opinions on vendors?

Calico Creations have a prim facial hair set, various beard, moustache, sideburn pieces.

My partner has the facial hair set from Calico Creations and is quite happy with it.

Bewitched also has (or had - it's been a while since I was there) prim beards.

It seems like I went one other place that had them, but I can't remember the name and it was at least a year ago.

Look up Alice Klinger. She has designed quite a large selection of prim beards and does custom ones.
