Snapshot Problem

Somehow I've managed to set my Snapshot's Save as Type settings to .j2c images. None of my graphics programs want to convert .j2c files, and there is no other choice when I hit Save As at the time I take the picture.

Obviously, there is some way around this, but I don't know what it is. Do any of you clever people know?

Thank you, thank you... :)

I think you need to uncheck "Compress Images" in the Advanced Menu (I think that's where it is - not in SL at the moment)Inc

Yes, it's in the Advanced menu, under Hi-Rez and above Quiet :)

If you don't have the advanced menu, it's cntrl+alt+del.

I may have hit the shift and not realized it. It's not past 1pm yet, so it's waaaayyy too early.

Edit: Went back in world for a moment and found, it doesn't matter about the shift or not. As long as the window is focused on Second Life, cntrl+alt+del brings up the advanced menu and doesn't shut down the comp. Cntrl+alt+shift+del does the same thing. Maybe LL predicted lazy creatures like me?

It's not the SHIFT, it's the difference between D and DEL.

Advanced menu: Toggles with CTRL+ALT+D, or on some machines CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+D

Window Task Menu: Called up by CTRL+ALT+DEL. Second use of CTRL+ALT+DEL reboots computer.
